Every year we have the joy of installing all the taps at one of Europes most exiting Marine networking Eehibitions
Each year, we deliver beer taps to over 15 stands at a marine exhibition held at the Queen Elizabeth Centre. This case study will examine the challenges we face in delivering beer taps to the exhibition stands and how we overcome them.
The first challenge is the varying designs of each stand. Since each stand is designed differently, the company must consider this when delivering the beer taps. We cannot assume that the same type of tap will fit in every stand. Instead, we must take into account the unique design of each stand to ensure that the beer tap fits properly.
The second challenge that we face is the timing of the delivery. We have to wait until the stand builders have installed the client's stand before retro-fitting the equipment in place. This means that we cannot deliver the beer taps until the last minute, which can be stressful and time-consuming.
The third challenge that we face is the branding requirements of the exhibitors. Some exhibitors prefer fully branded taps, while others prefer a sleek chrome tap with a branded badge. We must be able to accommodate these branding requirements to ensure that their clients are satisfied with the final product.
We have developed several solutions to overcome these challenges. The first solution is to contact our clients stand builders to discuss size requirements. However our order paperwork and info centre on the website is usually enough information. This allows us to determine the unique design requirements of each stand and ensure that the beer tap will fit properly.
The second solution is to work closely with the stand builders to coordinate the delivery of the beer taps. We communicate with the stand builders and clients to determine when we can install the taps, so we can deliver them at the most convenient time.
The third solution is to offer a variety of branding options for the beer taps. We have a range of fully branded taps and sleek chrome taps with branded badges. This allows us to accommodate the branding requirements of each exhibitor and ensure that they are satisfied with the final product.
Our solutions have led to successful beer tap deliveries at the marine exhibition. We have been able to accommodate the unique design requirements of each stand, deliver the beer taps at the most convenient time, and offer a range of branding options. As a result, our clients have been satisfied with the final product and have continued to use Rent a Keg for their beer tap needs at the exhibition.
